A full refund will be issued if Fishers Parks & Recreation cancels an event for any reason. Fishers Parks & Recreation will offer refunds for most paid activities and summer camps based on the time between cancellation and the event date:
Full Refund Issued - 14+ days prior to event
50% Refund Issued - 7 to 13 days prior to event
No Refund Issued - Less than 7 days prior to event
The following events are non-refundable: Grandparents Day, Indy Eleven Bus Trip, Thanksgiving Luncheon, and Breakfast with the Grinch.
Waiting lists will be kept for all individuals interested in a particular class or program. There is no fee to be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you if a program slot opens or if another session is added.
