In celebration of National Senior Citizens Day, the Fishers Freebirds Club welcomes residents ages 50 and better to visit the Fishers Farmers' Market at the Nickel Plate District AMP on Saturday, August 24 for special displays, giveaways, and activities just for them.
Freebirds Day attendees will find live entertainment, local and regional exhibitors, demonstrations, health and wellness screenings, and interactive activities all focused on helping today’s seniors stay healthy, active, and engaged.
The Fishers Farmers’ Market is seeking local businesses and organizations that provide programs, services, and resources for folks ages 50+ to exhibit at the first-annual Freebirds Day at the Market on Saturday, August 24, 2019. Selected exhibitors will have an opportunity to educate seniors about their programs and services, display and distribute information and promotional material, and meet potential customers.
We are seeking business and other organizations that can provide displays, health and wellness screenings, demonstrations, and other informational and educational activities for citizens ages 50 years and older. Only organizations/businesses that provide goods or services clearly and directly related to older (50+) adults will be considered. Product selling is not permitted. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ and electricity is not available. Exhibitors must provide tent, table, and chairs for their booth. Apply here.
